“I am a combination of Italian and English parents' - Stefano (Dad) from Ischia and Patricia (Mum) from Kent. A jigsaw puzzle made up of different stories and backgrounds - that's how I would describe myself! At a young age I was introduced to all sorts of foods and dishes, not realising that was the beginning of my culinary journey and Trish & Steve would become my greatest Inspirations!
Spending most of my adult life in Italy, I learnt what food meant for Italian’s.
Every ingredient honoured, every flavour celebrated.
Food brings them joy, inspires creativity, invites discussion, and evokes harmony.
Most importantly enjoying each other’s company, whilst creating a feeling of togetherness.
Massimo (Husband) from Rome and I travelled through Italy. I was amazed and intrigued as to how many ways Antipasto was served and presented. 'Semplice ma elegante, delizioso, allettante e gustoso' are a few words that come to mind.
Every Region has its own version and story, all the while making it more interesting and profound.
Who knew food could be so meaningful!
Coming home to Australia, I decided to share the arte, the craft of these gastronomic masterpieces - Antipasti.

and catering to Northern Suburbs of Sydney.
Alcohol may be sold and delivered as part of a box or platter as a gift.
